Featuring spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and Manhattan's skyline, 99 Hudson Street in Jersey City, designed by Perkins Eastman, will be the tallest building in New Jersey when it is completed in 2019. At 79 stories, the sleek skyscraper will be 900 feet tall. A luxury residential tower clad in limestone, 99 Hudson Street will feature 781 market-rate condominiums, 16,000 sf of commercial and retail space, 609 parking spaces, and 15,000 sf of new public open space including three plazas, and a residents’ roof garden atop the eight-story podium.

Along the sidewalks, generously proportioned storefronts, featuring inviting, oversized windows with accent metal frames, will be set between limestone piers. At night, decorative lighting fixtures mounted on the stone piers will illuminate the sidewalks below. The neighborhood’s streets will be busier and livelier, marked by the hustle and bustle of people coming and going throughout this emerging and increasingly sought after neighborhood.
