Perkins Eastman has designed and renovated 50 regional golf and recreational clubs over the last 20-plus years. Services have included the design and renovation of many clubhouses; swimming pool complexes and related facilities; several golf pro shops, maintenance complexes and site work; dining, kitchen and restaurant areas; gymnasia and a variety of playing courts; and staff housing. A few examples follow.

Quaker Ridge Golf Club: Renovations and additions to improve facilities including the main clubhouse, grill room and bar, card room, and men’s lounge, as well as improved circulation and links to the outdoors. Several outbuildings were also renovated.

Burning Tree Country Club: Design for a new 52,000 sf English Manor-style clubhouse that includes a 150-seat ballroom, formal and informal dining rooms, bar, and a boardroom. Amenities include locker rooms, a golf pro shop, golf cart garage, golf bag storage, staff residences, and administrative offices.

Scarsdale Golf Club: To accommodate a growing membership, Perkins Eastman designed a master plan and phased improvement projects including the clubhouse, golf pro shop, tennis pro shop, women’s locker room, staff housing, bowling building, pool locker rooms, and maintenance building.
